How to get a Baemin receipt: app order history, cash receipts and PC

Open the receipt for one order (app)

Baemin keeps its customer help inside the app, so we could not check these button names against a public Baemin page. The order history and order details screens are where the receipt is; labels can differ between app versions.

   Open order history

   In the Baemin app, open 주문내역 (order history) and find the order you need.

   Open the order details

   Tap the order to open its details screen. The payment method, amount and order number are shown there.

   Open the receipt

   Tap the receipt button on the details screen. For a card payment it opens a card slip (카드 매출전표); for bank transfer or pay money it shows a cash receipt (현금영수증) if one was issued.

   If you see no receipt button, the order may have been paid at the door, or the receipt is issued by the payment service you chose (for example Kakao Pay or Naver Pay). See the sections below.

   Save it

   Save the receipt as an image on your phone. The App Store listing for Baemin says the app asks for storage access to save receipt images.

Get the receipt onto a computer

There is no Baemin website with your orders, so the file has to come from your phone.

   Move the saved image

   Send the saved receipt image to your computer with AirDrop, a cloud folder or email to yourself.

   Print or keep it as PDF

   Open the image on the computer and print it. To keep a PDF, choose Save as PDF in the print dialog.

Check cash receipts on Hometax

A cash receipt is recorded with the National Tax Service (국세청). Its list on Hometax is the most complete record of cash-type payments.

   Sign in to Hometax on a computer or open the Sontax (손택스) app.

   Open the usage list

   Go to 계산서·영수증·카드현금영수증(근로자·소비자)근로자·소비자 조회/변경현금영수증 사용내역(소득공제) 조회. Receipts show from 9 a.m. the day after payment.

   Business owners who took an expense-proof receipt (지출증빙) use the business menu instead. Our Hometax guide covers both.

   Register a receipt issued to 010-000-1234

   If no number was entered at payment, the receipt may have been self-issued to the tax office code 010-000-1234. Register it under 현금영수증 자진발급분 소비자등록 with the amount, approval number (승인번호) and date.

What we could and could not verify

• baemin.com (checked 2026-10-25) has no sign-in, ordering or order history. Its footer links to the app stores.
• The App Store lists Baemin as iPhone only and lists the customer center as 1600-0987, open 24 hours.
• Baemin’s customer FAQ opens only inside the app, so the exact receipt button names are not from a public Baemin page. If a button is missing, ask the in-app customer center or call 1600-0987.
• We found no public Baemin statement on tax invoices (세금계산서) for customers. Ask the customer center before ordering if you need one.

Cash receipts through Kakao Pay inside Baemin

If you pay with Kakao Pay money inside Baemin, Kakao Pay sends the cash receipt to the National Tax Service with the number registered in Kakao Pay. A tax accountant answering on Baemin’s owner site notes that if the customer entered no number, the receipt goes to the code 010-000-1234 and the customer registers it on Hometax.

Questions

Can I print a Baemin receipt from a computer?

Not directly. baemin.com has no sign-in or order history. Save the receipt on your phone from the order details, move it to the computer and print it there.

I paid at the door. Why is there no receipt in the app?

With 만나서 결제 the payment runs on the restaurant’s own card reader or in cash, so the restaurant issues the receipt. Ask it, ideally on the spot.

Where do I see a year of Baemin spending?

The app shows orders one by one. For a year at a time, use your card company’s statement for card payments and the Hometax cash receipt usage list for cash-type payments.
