“Can you send me the receipts?” Already done
Your bookkeeper wants last month’s receipts, or the ones behind a few charges. Instead of digging through email for each one, send a ZIP Paidwhere already made.
A pack every month
At the start of each month Paidwhere bundles last month’s receipts and a ledger CSV into one ZIP in your Accountant packs folder. Send it as it is, or make one again for any earlier month. (Paid plans.)
Receipts for exactly what they asked
Filter the ledger by vendor, invoice number or date (“2026-03”, “last November”), select the invoices and export a receipts ZIP with every original file and the ledger as CSV. Or ask “software last quarter” and export the answer as Excel or a receipts ZIP. For a whole period there are also QuickBooks and Xero import files on Pro and Business.
What the files look like
- Every receipt renamed by date, vendor and amount, so your accountant can match it without opening it
- A CSV with one row per invoice: date, vendor, number, category, original amount and currency, converted amount
- Duplicates left out, so nothing is counted twice
Coming soon: match a card statement
Pasting the list of card charges your accountant sent and getting the matching receipt for each line is planned. Until then, filter by amount and month in the ledger or ask “$43.20 in March”.
Invoices that file themselves
Paidwhere for Mac and Windows reads invoices on your computer and files them into year/month folders with a ledger. Coming soon.
