  • Teams: Admin ConsoleAccountBilling historyselect invoicesDownload invoices. Only the contract owner sees this tab.
  • Adobe doesn’t email individual invoices every month. Download them yourself; your account keeps up to 3 years.
  • Receipts are proof of payment, not tax invoices, and only exist for recent payments.

Before you start

  • Individual: the Adobe account that pays for the plan
  • Teams: the contract owner of a plan bought directly from Adobe (reseller purchases are invoiced by the reseller)

Download an invoice for an individual plan

Creative Cloud, Acrobat and other individual Adobe subscriptions.

  1. 1

Sign in to your Adobe account

Go to account.adobe.com and sign in with the account that pays for the plan.

    account.adobe.com
  2. 2

    Open View invoices

In the Orders and invoices section, select View invoices for your plan or product. To see invoices for every Adobe purchase in one list, select View all invoices.

  3. 3

    Download the PDF

In Invoice and billing history, select the Download PDF icon to save the invoice. The View PDF icon opens it in the browser, and the Email PDF icon sends it to your email address.

To find one purchase, type its order number in the search bar.

  4. 4

    View the receipt

Select the View Receipt icon to see the receipt for a subscription payment.

Receipts are only available from July 2026 onward. For earlier purchases, contact Adobe Customer Care.

Download invoices for Creative Cloud for teams

  1. 1

    Open Billing history

Sign in to the Adobe Admin Console and select AccountBilling history.

    adminconsole.adobe.com

If you don’t see the Billing history tab, you aren’t the contract owner. Ask the contract owner, or transfer ownership.

  2. 2

    Select invoices

Select one or more invoices. You can sort by Invoice Date or Amount, or search by invoice number or amount.

After a payment, it can take up to 24 hours for the invoice to show up. Adobe emails a notification when it is available.

  3. 3

    Download or email them

Choose Download invoices to save them as PDF files, or Email invoices to send them as PDF attachments: enter one or more addresses and select Send email. Emailed invoices also go to all administrators in your organization.

  4. 4

    View a receipt

Select the More actions icon next to a paid invoice, then View receipt.

Receipts exist only for invoices paid online by card, bank account or another supported online method, generated on or after June 15, 2026. There are none for invoices paid with credits or offline, unpaid invoices, or accounts based in Japan.

Add a VAT or tax ID (individual plans)

  1. 1

    Open your payment method

In your Adobe account, in the Plans and payment section, select Change payment. The Your payment method window opens.

  2. 2

    Edit the card details

Select Edit or Add new. The tax ID field only appears once you add or edit card details.

  3. 3

Enter the tax ID and save

Enter your business tax ID in the tax ID field and select Save. The field’s name depends on your country, for example VAT, GST, NIT or CIF. The change applies to upcoming invoices.

If you pay with PayPal, update your VAT or tax details in your PayPal account settings instead; Adobe says they carry over to future invoices.

Invoice or receipt

Adobe describes the receipt as proof that a payment was received. It can’t be used as a tax invoice; for tax purposes Adobe says to use the invoice. Keep the invoice PDF for your books, and the receipt if you also need to show the payment.

No monthly invoice emails

For individual plans, Adobe says you can’t receive monthly automated email invoices. The invoices stay in your account for up to 3 years, so download each month’s PDF before it ages out. Team contract owners do get an email when a new invoice is ready.

Paidwhere

Make the monthly Adobe download count

Since Adobe doesn’t send individual invoices by email, the PDF you download is your record. The free Invoice to CSV converter turns saved invoices into one spreadsheet in your browser, without uploading them.

Paidwhere, a desktop app for Mac and Windows, picks up each invoice you save to Downloads (a paid-plan feature), renames it date_vendor_amount, files it by year and month and adds it to a ledger, converting euro or other foreign-currency amounts at the rate for the invoice date.
