How to download Vercel invoices

Select your team in the Vercel dashboard, open Settings → Invoices, and download each invoice as a PDF from its row. Billing is handled by the team’s Owners and the Billing role, and the free Hobby plan has no billing cycle, so it has no monthly invoice.

Short answer

  • Dashboard → pick the team in the team switcher → Settings → Invoices.
  • Download the PDF from the icon or “…” menu on the invoice row.
  • Invoices are emailed to the team’s first Owner unless you set “Invoice Email Recipient” in Settings → Billing.
  • Company name, billing address, PO number and tax ID are set in Settings → Billing and only change future invoices.

Before you start

  • A Vercel team on the Pro or Enterprise plan (Hobby is free and has no billing cycle)
  • The Owner role or the Billing role on that team

Download an invoice PDF

  1. 1

    Open the team that pays

Sign in at vercel.com and use the team switcher at the top left to select the team you need invoices for. Every team has its own billing, so your personal Hobby team and a company Pro team show different lists.

  2. 2

    Go to Settings → Invoices

Open “Settings” in the sidebar, then select “Invoices” in the settings navigation. You see current and past invoices with their issue dates. Invoices issued before the end of a cycle carry a “Partial” label.

  3. 3

    Download the PDF

Select the download icon or the “…” menu on the invoice row and download the PDF. To check the line items first, select the invoice: it shows the invoice number, issue date, due date and a breakdown of charges.

Deleting a team also deletes its invoice history for good. Download every invoice you may need for accounting or tax before you delete a team.

Send invoices to your accounts inbox

  1. 1

    Open Settings → Billing

In the same team, open “Settings” in the sidebar and select “Billing”.

  2. 2

    Set “Invoice Email Recipient”

Scroll down to the editable “Invoice Email Recipient” field and enter the address that should get every invoice, such as a shared finance inbox. Without it, invoices go to the email of the team’s first Owner.

If the emails don’t arrive, check the spam settings of your email workspace. Vercel notes these messages can be blocked there.

Add your company name and tax ID

  1. 1

    Fill in the invoice fields

In Settings → Billing, scroll to the editable fields. “Company Name” defaults to your team name, “Billing Address” and “Invoice Purchase Order” are blank, and “Invoice Language” is English by default.

Only Owners and members with the Billing role can edit these fields. The exact set of fields can differ by plan.

  2. 2

Enter the tax ID with the right type

Add your number in the “Tax ID” field. For a VAT number, include the country prefix and choose the matching type, for example “EU VAT number” for an EU business or “United Kingdom VAT number” for a UK business.

  3. 3

Save before the next invoice is finalized

Changes apply to future invoices only. Issued invoices stay as they are. If an invoice was charged tax that it shouldn’t have, fix your tax ID first, then ask Vercel Support to reissue it.

Who can see Vercel billing

If your bookkeeper needs invoices but shouldn’t deploy, give them the Billing role. It costs nothing extra; on Pro only one member can hold it, on Enterprise several can.

Team roleBilling access
OwnerFull control, including billing settings, payment methods and roles
BillingManages billing information, costs and payment methods; read-only access to projects
MemberCan work on projects but can’t edit billing information
Pro ViewerRead-only project access; can’t view usage details or billing information

Hobby, Pro and Enterprise: when you get an invoice

  • Hobby is free, limited to personal, non-commercial use, and has no billing cycles. There is no plan invoice to download.
  • Pro is billed monthly by card. Each invoice charges seats and add-ons for the coming cycle plus on-demand usage from the cycle that just ended. You can’t pay annually on Pro.
  • Enterprise is billed every 1, 2, 3, 6 or 12 months depending on the contract, by card or ACH/wire.

What’s on a Pro invoice

  • Platform fee: $20 a month, which includes one deploying seat and $20 of usage credit (as listed in Vercel’s docs in October 2026).
  • Extra Owner or Member seats at $20 a month each. Viewer seats are free.
  • Add-ons such as SAML SSO or Web Analytics Plus, billed as line items in the following cycle.
  • “On-demand Charges”: usage beyond the included credit and allowances, split into Managed Infrastructure and Developer Experience Platform.
  • Partial invoices: if on-demand usage crosses an internal threshold mid-cycle, Vercel may bill that usage early on a “Partial” invoice. It is not billed again at the end of the cycle.
  • Tax: Vercel collects VAT, GST or equivalent where required by law on invoices issued on or after April 1, 2026, shown as a separate line and based on your billing address. US sales tax was already collected.

Invoice, receipt and currency

With a card on file, Vercel charges it automatically and then sends a receipt. Keep the invoice PDF and the receipt email together for each month.

Prices are in US dollars. Any card currency works as long as your card provider can charge USD after conversion, so the amount on your card statement can differ slightly from the invoice.

Marketplace integrations have separate invoices

Native integrations you add from the Vercel Marketplace bill on their own schedule, separate from your plan. Owners and Billing members find those invoices under “Integrations” in the sidebar → “Manage” next to the integration → “Invoices”.

Paidwhere

Put a year of Vercel invoices in one spreadsheet

After downloading your monthly invoices, drop the PDFs into the free Invoice to CSV converter. It reads digital PDFs in your browser and the files never leave your computer.

Paidwhere, a desktop app coming soon, will pick up each invoice as it lands in your Downloads folder (a paid-plan feature) and file it by month with the date, vendor and amount in the file name.

Questions

Why can’t I see Invoices in my Vercel settings?
You may be in the wrong team or lack billing access. Switch to the paying team in the team switcher. Pro Viewer members can’t see billing information, so ask an Owner to give you the Billing role if you handle invoices. A Hobby team has no billing cycle, so it normally has no plan invoices.
Can I change the company name on an invoice Vercel already issued?
No. Billing detail changes apply to future invoices only, and past invoices stay as issued. Update “Company Name”, “Billing Address” and “Tax ID” in Settings → Billing before the next invoice is finalized. Vercel’s support terms ask for billing amendment requests within one month of the invoice or receipt date.
Does Vercel email invoices automatically?
Yes. Each invoice goes to the team’s invoice email recipient, which is the first Owner unless you set “Invoice Email Recipient” in Settings → Billing. A receipt follows once the card is charged.
Why did I get a Vercel invoice in the middle of the month?
That is most likely a partial invoice. Pro teams can get one when on-demand usage crosses a billing threshold or spikes unusually before the cycle ends. It is labeled “Partial” in Settings → Invoices and covers only the usage that triggered it.
Can I pay Vercel annually?
Not on Pro, which only supports monthly card payments. Annual payment is available on the Enterprise plan.
