How “Needs a look” works
Paidwhere would rather ask than guess. Invoices with a doubtful value wait in a short list instead of going straight into your totals.
Why an invoice lands there
- A key value (vendor, date, amount or currency) is missing
- A value couldn’t be confirmed on the page
- The total doesn’t match the page
- Subtotal plus tax doesn’t add up to the total
- The date looks wrong
- The file looks like a bank or card statement rather than an invoice
- A value was read with low confidence
Checking one
Open a card and the original page appears next to the fields, with the marked fields highlighted. Fix what’s wrong and press Enter: the invoice is confirmed and the next one opens. If everything is right, choose Looks right. You can also have a file read again.
Invoices that file themselves
Paidwhere for Mac and Windows reads invoices on your computer and files them into year/month folders with a ledger. Coming soon.
