Getting your ledger out
Pick a period (this month, last year, a custom range) or filter the ledger, then export. Files are saved on your computer.
Formats
- Excel ledger: ledger, monthly, vendor and category sheets.
- CSV ledger: one row per invoice; opens anywhere.
- Receipts ZIP: every original file in the period, plus the ledger as CSV.
- QuickBooks: a bank upload file with date, description and amount (Pro and Business).
- Xero: a bank statement import with payee and reference (Pro and Business).
Accountant packs
At the start of each month Paidwhere makes a ZIP of last month’s receipts and a ledger CSV. You can make a pack again for any earlier month.
Which plan
Excel, CSV, receipt ZIPs, the Ledger.xlsx in your folder and accountant packs come with Personal and up. QuickBooks and Xero files come with Pro and Business. Paidwhere is not affiliated with Intuit or Xero; review imported data in your accounting software.
Invoices that file themselves
Paidwhere for Mac and Windows reads invoices on your computer and files them into year/month folders with a ledger. Coming soon.
