Your account and signing in

Paidwhere has no passwords. Your account holds your plan, your forwarding addresses and the list of your computers. Your invoices stay on your computers.

Signing in

  • Enter your email and type the 6-digit code we send to it, or use Google or Apple.
  • In the app, Sign in opens the website; once you’re in, the app connects by itself.
  • A new address makes a new account, so use the same one every time.

Forgot which email you used?

  • Choose “Forgot which email you used?” on the sign-in page and enter an address. If it has an account, we email it a sign-in link; the page looks the same either way, so nobody else can check your address.
  • Signed up with Google or Apple? The same button signs you in.
  • Used Apple’s Hide My Email? Your account address ends in @privaterelay.appleid.com, and Apple forwards its mail to you.
  • Paid for a plan? The Paddle receipt went to your account’s address.

Your computers and signing out

Up to 3 computers can be signed in to one account. Settings › Account & plan in the app, and your account page, list them; sign out any of them from either place, or sign out of this computer with Sign out.

License keys

Only for a computer that can’t sign in, such as one without internet. Paid accounts can copy a key from the account page and paste it in Settings › Account & plan. If you can sign in, you don’t need one.

Deleting your account

Delete account is in Settings › Account & plan and on your account page. It cancels any subscription at once and erases what our servers hold about you. Your invoices and ledger stay on your computer.

Invoices that file themselves

Paidwhere for Mac and Windows reads invoices on your computer and files them into year/month folders with a ledger. Free to start.
