Paidwhere is out for Mac and Windows

Paidwhere for Mac and Windows is available today. Point it at your folders and mail once, and every invoice files itself on your own computer.

What it does

• Invoices from your Inbox folder, your Downloads and forwarded email are read, renamed, filed into year and month folders and added to a ledger on your computer.
• Ask in plain words, like “$60 last November”, and the original is one search away.
• Drop in a card or bank statement to see which charges have no receipt (Personal and up). No bank login.

Plans

• The Free plan reads 100 pages a month for your first 30 days, then 10 a month. No card needed.
• Personal, Pro and Business add more pages, exports and accountant packs. See the pricing page for details.

Where to get it

• Mac: Apple Silicon and Intel, macOS 13 or later. Windows: Windows 10 and 11, 64-bit and 32-bit.
• The Microsoft Store version is in review, and the iPhone and Android app is on its way.
